AI Assistant Licence

1. What you allow

You give ASTROZONE (OPC) Private Limited, which runs Astro Meet, a non-exclusive licence to use your name, display name, profile photo, the method and style you describe in the AI interview and your skill document, and your written-answer style. We may use them only:

• for the AI consultation in your name, where an AI assistant answers clients' questions and writes readings following your method, including each product you build with us and approve (for example a marriage-timing reading);
• on your Astro Meet profile; and
• to promote your assistant on astro-meet.com.

The licence covers astro-meet.com only, for clients anywhere in the world.

2. What is not included

None of these is part of this licence. Each would need your separate, later agreement:

• cloning your voice or any audio of you;
• video, animated or generated avatars of you;
• any use outside astro-meet.com, including advertising off the site;
• training another astrologer's AI or any general AI model on your content;
• selling or sharing your content with anyone else.

Your answers train only your own assistant. We never use your interview, skill document or answers to build anyone else's assistant or a general model.

3. How long it lasts and where

The licence lasts 2 years from the day you give it and renews each year after that unless you withdraw it. It covers astro-meet.com only, for clients anywhere.

4. Withdrawing the licence

You can withdraw the licence at any time from your dashboard, as easily as you gave it. When you do:

• your assistant stops taking new questions within 24 hours;
• clients' unused paid questions for your assistant are refunded to them, or moved to another assistant if they choose;
• royalty you have already earned on questions that were used is still paid to you;
• your interview, skill document and assistant are deleted at once from our live systems and the AI's working context, and from our backups within 30 days;
• the assistant stops using your photo (your profile photo stays on your profile, under your profile consent, until you remove it).

We keep only the record that you gave and withdrew the licence, payout and tax records, and minimal audit data that holds none of your content.

5. Who owns what

You keep ownership of your interview answers and your skill document. We own our software, our prompts and the generic interview questions. You can export your content from your dashboard at any time.

6. Your control

• Your skill document goes live only after you approve it. You can edit it; edits are reviewed again before they go live.
• You can test your own assistant, and each product goes live only after you have read sample answers and confirmed that they follow your method, and a person at Astro Meet has approved it.
• You can see a sample of your assistant's answers to clients, with anything that identifies the client removed, so you can check that it follows your method.
• You can pause your assistant at any time.
• You can report an answer that misstates your method, and we correct the assistant.

Nothing goes live until we have approved your skill and told you. Clients cannot chat with AI assistants on Astro Meet yet.

7. What we promise

• We label every answer as an AI based on your method and never present it as you personally. See our AI disclosure.
• We apply guardrails: no guarantees, no remedy presented as a cure, no medical, legal or financial advice, and none of the banned topics, such as death or lifespan.
• We pause an assistant that breaks the guardrails.
• We take responsibility for the AI output we generate. You are not made solely liable for what the assistant says.

8. Royalty

When paid AI consultations start, we pay you a royalty of 50% of the net revenue of every AI product sold for your assistant, such as question packs, method readings and two-chart readings. Net revenue is the price paid minus GST and minus refunds and chargebacks. We pay monthly, with tax deducted at source where the law requires, as set out in section 6 of the Astrologer Terms, including the founding-astrologer floor. Any change to the share needs 30 days' notice and applies only to future sales. This is a contract term, not a promise of any income.

9. What you promise

• You are the person named, and you are 18 or over.
• The words you give us are your own, and the information is true.
• You have the right to the photo and other content you upload.
• You will not upload other people's copyrighted material as your own.

10. No exclusivity

There is no exclusivity, no fine and no minimum number of hours. You can keep consulting, teaching and publishing anywhere else, including with other AI services.

11. Your moral rights

Your moral rights stay yours. We credit you as the source of the method and do not distort it. Changes to your skill document are reviewed before they go live.

12. Changes and fresh consent

Your consent is recorded with the version of this licence you accepted, the date and time, and your account. If we make any material change to this licence, we publish a new version, list it in the policy changelog and ask you again in your dashboard. We never treat silence as consent.

13. Law and grievances

This licence is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hassan, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded.
