Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Nothing is shipped

We sell digital services only. We do not sell or ship physical goods, such as gems, books or printed reports, and we never charge for shipping or delivery.

2. When your purchase reaches your account

When you buy a question pack or a reading, it is added to your account for that astrologer's AI as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a minute. If the payment succeeds but your purchase does not appear within an hour, write to us and we will add it or refund you.

3. When answers arrive

• You ask your question in the chat on astro-meet.com while signed in, and the answer is written into the same chat, usually within a few minutes.
• If an answer fails, is cut off, or has not been delivered within 24 hours, the question is re-credited to your pack automatically.
• A reading is written after you confirm a short summary of the chart, usually within a few minutes, and appears in your account. If it cannot be written, we retry it; if it still has not been delivered within 24 hours, we refund it in full without you asking, within 7 working days of that point.
• Your chats stay in your account, on any device you sign in from, until you delete them or after 24 months without activity.

4. How long you have

A pack is valid for 12 months from purchase. While the astrologer's AI is paused, the validity is frozen. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for what happens if an AI is withdrawn.

5. Astrologer profiles

Astrologer profiles are free. A submitted profile goes live after we review it; we aim to decide within 7 days, and the decision appears in your dashboard.

6. If the site is unavailable

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but maintenance or outages can happen. Time while the chat is unavailable does not use up your questions, and a question that fails during an outage is re-credited automatically.
