Paid AI consultations are not on sale yet. When they open, this policy decides when you get a question re-credited or a refund. In short: an unused pack can be refunded in full within 7 days, a failed answer is re-credited automatically, and money always goes back to the way you paid.
1. What you buy and what is free
Reading guides, using the free tools and creating an astrologer profile cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.
Paid AI consultations are question packs (valid for 12 months), method readings and two-chart readings, each for one astrologer's AI (see Pricing). The 3 follow-up questions included with a reading work like questions from a pack.
There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. You simply stop buying.
Free questions carry no money and are not refundable.
2. Changed your mind
Pack: if you have not used any paid question from it, ask within 7 days of buying it and we refund it in full.
Reading: if it has not been written yet (you have not confirmed the chart summary and started it), ask within 7 days of buying it and we refund it in full.
Write to us from the email address on your account (section 6).
3. When something goes wrong
If an answer fails, is cut off, or has not arrived within 24 hours, the question is re-credited to your pack automatically. You do not need to ask.
If a reading cannot be written, we retry it automatically. If it still has not been delivered within 24 hours, we refund it in full without you asking, within 7 working days of that point.
If an answer or reading breaks our own standards (for example it used the wrong chart data, answered a topic the AI must decline, or did not address your question), tell us within 7 days: we re-credit the question, or write the reading again or refund it, as you prefer.
We do not refund or re-credit a question because a prediction did not come true, or because you disagree with the reading. Astrology cannot be guaranteed, and we say so before you buy (see our Astrology Disclaimer).
4. Partly used packs
We refund the unused part of a pack, pro rata (unused questions ÷ questions in the pack × the price you paid), when:
the astrologer's AI is withdrawn, or paused for more than 7 days, by us or by the astrologer;
the astrologer leaves Astro Meet;
we close your account (except for questions bought with a payment that was charged back or not authorised); or
we uphold a complaint you made to our Grievance Officer.
In those cases you can instead move your unused questions to another astrologer's AI, keeping the original expiry date. While an AI is paused, your pack's validity is frozen. A reading you bought but that has not been written yet is refunded in full in the same cases.
5. When questions lapse
Questions not used within 12 months of purchase expire, with no refund.
Before you delete your account, we show you any unused paid questions and offer you a refund request. After the account is deleted, unused questions lapse.
Questions bought with a payment that is charged back, or that the card or account holder did not authorise, are removed without a refund. Any other unused paid questions are refunded even if we close an account for misuse.
6. How to ask, and how long it takes
Email contact@astro-meet.com from your account's email address with the date of purchase, the astrologer's AI and what went wrong. Then:
We acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
We decide within 5 working days and tell you the outcome and our reasons.
If it is approved, the refund is issued within 7 working days of your request, to the original payment method you used. Your bank, card issuer or UPI app may take a few more working days to show it.
We never refund to a wallet or as store credit instead of money, unless you choose to move questions to another AI (section 4).
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank; we can usually fix the problem faster. A payment dispute raised through our payment gateway or your bank is answered within 4 working days. If a payment is charged back, the questions bought with it are removed from your account.
8. Live consultations
Live consultations with astrologers are not offered yet. When they are, this policy will gain a section for them in a new version, published before they open. If we stop offering AI consultations, we give at least 30 days' notice and refund every unused paid question, or move it to another astrologer's AI if you prefer.
