These terms apply to everyone who uses astro-meet.com. Reading the guides and using the free tools needs no account. Paid AI consultations are not on sale yet; the sections about them say how they will work, so you can read the terms before they open.
1. Who we are
Astro Meet (astro-meet.com) is owned and run by ASTROZONE (OPC) Private Limited, a company registered in India ("we", "us"). Our registered office and contact details are below and on the Contact page. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Free guides about astrology consultations, for clients and for astrologers.
Free tools that work out Vedic chart details in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us.
Free profile pages for astrologers, published after we review them.
Coming soon: paid AI consultations, in which an AI assistant answers your questions following a named astrologer's licensed method. Live consultations with astrologers may follow later under their own terms.
Astrology is a traditional practice whose predictions have not been scientifically validated. Please read our Astrology Disclaimer before relying on anything you read here.
3. Age and accounts
You must be 18 or over to create an account or buy anything. We ask you to confirm this before your first question.
You sign in with Google or with a one-time link we email you. We never ask for or store a password.
Keep access to your email account safe: anyone who can use it can sign in as you. Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
One person, one account. Do not create accounts to get extra free questions.
4. AI consultations (when they open)
An AI consultation is a written answer from an AI that follows one astrologer's method, as the astrologer described and approved it with us: questions in a chat, or a written reading on one topic. Every page and every answer is labelled "AI based on [Name]'s method — not [Name] personally". The astrologer does not read or write the answers. See our AI Disclosure for how it works and its limits.
We supply AI consultations ourselves, as the seller, and issue the invoice in our name. The astrologer licenses their name and method to us and is paid a royalty by us; they are not a party to your purchase, and you pay nothing to them through us.
A question is one message of up to 1,000 characters, and the AI's answer to it. A follow-up is a new question. If the AI needs a missing detail, such as your birth time, your reply to that clarifying question is free, once per question.
Each astrologer's AI gives one free question, with at most 3 free questions per account in total.
When they open, you will be able to buy question packs (valid for 12 months), method readings (a written reading on one topic, with 3 follow-up questions) and two-chart readings (for example a relationship reading, with 3 follow-up questions). Each product is for one astrologer's AI and works only with it.
Some assistants will be Astro Meet's own, labelled "AI by Astro Meet — not a person": they will follow a method we wrote, no astrologer is involved, and they will be sold at the default prices.
Each astrologer sets their own prices within the bands on our Pricing page. Prices include GST and are shown in Indian rupees in India and in US dollars elsewhere. The price shown before you pay is the price you are charged; a later price change never affects what you have bought. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
Before a reading is written, we show you a short summary of the chart (such as your ascendant, Moon sign and birth star) to confirm.
Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we never see or store your card details.
The AI uses the birth details you give and the chart our own calculations work out from them. You may enter another person's birth details (for example a partner's, for a two-chart reading) only if they have given you permission, which you confirm before entering them; we ask only for their birth details and an optional first name, and delete them with your chat or reading. A parent or guardian may ask about their own child's chart after confirming that they are the parent or guardian and consent on the child's behalf.
The astrologer never sees who you are. They see counts and topic categories and, so they can check that their AI follows their method, a sample of questions and answers with your name, email and other details that identify you removed. You can also choose to share a particular chat with them, and undo that at any time.
You may see at most 30 paid answers a day, one at a time, so the service stays fair for everyone.
To keep consultations safe and lawful, the AI declines these topics, and the same rules apply to astrologers on Astro Meet:
death or lifespan;
medical diagnosis, treatment or surgery dates;
pregnancy as a certainty, or the sex of an unborn child;
gambling, betting, lottery, stock or crypto tips;
guaranteed legal outcomes;
black magic or curses;
any remedy presented as a cure, and any sale of remedies, gems or pujas.
If you write about harming yourself or being in danger, the AI will not give a reading; it will point you to help. In India you can call 112 for emergencies or Tele-MANAS on 14416 for mental-health support.
6. Using the site fairly
Do not use the site to break the law, harass anyone, or post or upload anything you do not have the right to share.
Do not try to get around limits, safety rules or the AI's guardrails, or to make it reveal its instructions.
Do not copy the site's content or scrape it in bulk, or interfere with how it runs.
Do not pretend to be someone else, including an astrologer.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why. If it had unused paid questions, we refund them under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, even when the account was closed for misuse. Only questions bought with a payment that was charged back or not authorised by the card or account holder are removed without a refund.
If we stop offering AI consultations, we give at least 30 days' notice and refund every unused paid question, or move it to another astrologer's AI if you prefer.
7. Content and ownership
The site's text, design and software belong to us or our licensors. Astrologer profiles belong to the astrologers who wrote them; we check each profile before it goes live, but a profile is the astrologer's own description, not our endorsement. Your questions and chats are yours, and we use them only to provide the service; our Privacy policy will describe how they are handled before AI consultations open.
8. No guarantees
Astrology readings, from a person or an AI, are guidance for reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and nobody can guarantee what will happen. Decisions you make are yours. We do not promise that any prediction will come true, and we do not refund a question because it did not.
9. Our responsibility to you
We take care to keep the site working and the AI within its guardrails, and we take responsibility for the AI answers we provide. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. This limit never applies to fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we publish a new version with its effective date, list it in the policy changelog and keep earlier versions online. A change does not affect a pack you bought before it, except where the law requires.
11. Law, disputes and grievances
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hassan, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have.
If something has gone wrong, write to us first: our Grievance Officer acknowledges every complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve it within one month. See Grievance Redressal.
