If something on Astro Meet has gone wrong for you, whether as a visitor, a client or an astrologer, our Grievance Officer will look into it. This page says how to reach them and how long each step takes.
We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
2. How to raise a grievance
Email the Grievance Officer with "Grievance" in the subject line. Please include:
your name and the email address you use on Astro Meet, if you have an account;
what happened, with dates, and the page link or the astrologer's AI involved;
any payment date and amount, if it concerns a payment;
what you would like us to do.
3. What happens next
We acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and give you a reference number.
We look into it and may ask you for more details.
We aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it, and we tell you the outcome and our reasons in writing.
Refund requests follow the shorter timelines in our Refund and Cancellation Policy: a decision within 5 working days and an approved refund within 7 working days of the request. A payment dispute raised through our payment gateway or your bank is answered within 4 working days.
4. What you can raise
Problems with a purchase, an AI answer, a refund or your account.
Privacy requests: access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdrawing consent (see our Privacy policy).
Content on an astrologer profile that is false, offensive or uses your name, photo or work without permission. We act on impersonation reports as a priority.
For astrologers: a decision about your profile and, once the AI assistant programme opens, your application, assistant or payouts.
5. If you are still not satisfied
You can contact the National Consumer Helpline (call 1915) or file a complaint with the consumer commission that has jurisdiction. Writing to us first usually gets the fastest result.
