These terms apply to astrologers who apply to Astro Meet or take part in its AI assistant programme. Joining is free. There is no exclusivity, no fee, no fine and no minimum number of hours, and you can leave at any time. The full application and the AI interview are opening soon, and you accept these terms when you apply. Until then, a free profile is covered by the consent shown when you submit it and by our Privacy policy.
Key points
Astro Meet is run by ASTROZONE (OPC) Private Limited, India. These terms cover your free profile, your application and the AI interview.
You apply free. We review every application and may approve it, ask for changes or decline it, with reasons. You may apply again 30 days after a decision not to approve.
There is no exclusivity, no fee, no fine and no minimum number of hours. You may keep consulting anywhere else.
You must be 18 or over and the person named. Your photo, words and documents must be yours, or you must have the right to use them. Do not upload other people's work as your own.
Do not promise outcomes or accuracy, sell gems, pujas or remedies through Astro Meet, or offer black magic, curse removal or vashikaran. Do not give medical, legal or financial advice.
What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy policy (linked beside this box) and in a notice at each step: your sign-in email, your profile and your application answers (legal name, phone, how you learned, where you consult, a sample answer, optional certificates). The identity check for the AI programme (a selfie and a government photo ID) has its own separate consent, and those images are deleted no later than 30 days after our decision.
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Withdrawing from these terms means deleting your account.
Indian law applies. For a complaint about how we handled your application, write to contact@astro-meet.com (grievance contact for astrologers); we acknowledge within 48 hours.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Astro Meet (astro-meet.com) is run by ASTROZONE (OPC) Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office in Hassan, Karnataka ("we", "us"). Our full address and contact details are on the Contact page.
Once you accept them, when you apply, these terms cover your astrologer profile, your application, the AI interview about how you work and, once it starts, the AI assistant programme. The licence that lets an AI answer clients in your name is a separate document, the AI Assistant Licence, which you accept separately and can withdraw at any time. Our Privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
2. Who can join
You must be 18 or over and the person named in your profile and application.
Your photo must be a real, recent photo of you alone, with your face visible.
Everything you write must be your own and true. Your photo, words, logo and documents must be yours, or you must have the right to use them.
Before an AI assistant in your name goes live, you will go through an identity check, with its own separate consent and notice: a selfie holding a card with a one-time code we show you, and a government photo ID. A person at Astro Meet compares them with your profile photo. We delete the selfie and ID images no later than 30 days after our decision, and keep only the outcome (for example the document type, the last 4 characters, whether the name matched and whether you are 18 or over). Optional certificates are kept while your AI assistant is live, so we can review it again, and deleted after a rejection or when you withdraw the licence.
At launch, only astrologers who live in India can have a paid AI assistant. Others can keep a free profile.
3. Applying and our review
The full application opens soon; today you can create a free profile, which we review before it goes live. Creating a profile and applying are free. We review every application, aiming to decide within 7 days of submission. Our checks use automated tools and AI, and a person at Astro Meet makes the final decision. We may approve it, ask for changes or decline it, and we always give reasons. If we decline, you may apply again 30 days after our decision.
Before an AI assistant in your name goes live, all of these must be true:
Your profile is complete (photo, bio of at least 300 characters, at least one language and system, at least two specialities) and your application answers are filled in.
Your phone number is recorded, you have declared that you are 18 or over, and you have accepted these terms and the AI Assistant Licence at their current versions.
Your identity check has passed.
Your sample answer answers the question, reasons in the system you say you use, and makes no guarantees, fear-based claims or banned-topic statements.
Your AI interview is complete and you have approved your skill document.
We have tested the draft assistant with standard questions and safety checks, and you have confirmed that its answers follow your method.
There are no red flags: no guarantees or accuracy percentages, no selling of gems, pujas or remedies, no black magic or curse removal, no medical, legal or financial advice, no impersonation and no copied bio or photo.
We log every decision with the checklist results. We can pause an approved assistant at once if it breaks our guardrails, and we tell you why.
4. How you work with us
Do not promise outcomes or accuracy, and do not use fear to sell anything.
Do not sell gems, pujas, yantras or other remedies through Astro Meet. Traditional practices such as mantra, charity or fasting may be mentioned only as optional, never as a cure.
Do not offer black magic, curse removal, vashikaran or similar services.
Do not give medical, legal or financial advice, predict death or lifespan, give gambling, lottery, stock or crypto tips, or predict the sex of an unborn child.
Do not impersonate anyone or claim qualifications or affiliations you do not have.
Be respectful to clients and to us.
There is no exclusivity, no fee, no fine and no minimum number of hours. You may keep consulting anywhere else, keep your own clients and share your Astro Meet link wherever you like.
5. Your profile and content
You keep ownership of your profile text, photo, logo, interview answers and skill document. You allow us to host and show your profile on astro-meet.com, and to review your application. Your profile becomes public only after we approve it. How an AI may use your name, photo and method is covered only by the AI Assistant Licence.
You can edit your profile, export your data or delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may hide a profile that breaks these terms and tell you why.
6. Royalty and payouts (when paid AI consultations start)
We sell AI consultations to clients ourselves, as the supplier, and issue the invoice in our name. You are not a party to those sales and do not receive money from clients through us.
For every AI product sold for your AI assistant (question packs, method readings and two-chart readings), we pay you a royalty of 50% of the net revenue. Net revenue is the amount the client paid, minus GST and minus refunds and chargebacks. Payment gateway fees, AI costs, hosting and support are ours. Work you do personally, such as live consultations later, will pay 60% of net revenue under its own terms.
You set the price of each of your products within the bands on our Pricing page and see your share before you save it. You can change a price at most once every 7 days, and a change applies only to new purchases.
Free questions earn nothing and are not shown as earnings.
Your share of a sale becomes payable 7 days after the sale.
We work in calendar months. By the 3rd of each month we prepare your statement, and we pay what is payable by the 10th, by bank transfer or UPI to an account in your name.
The minimum payout is ₹500. Smaller balances carry forward to the next month.
When your payable balance first reaches ₹500, we ask for your payout details: legal name as on your PAN, PAN, bank account and IFSC or UPI ID, postal address, GSTIN if you are registered, and a declaration that you live in India. We cannot pay without a PAN. We never ask for these earlier.
We deduct tax at source (TDS) where the law requires it, for example once your royalty for the year passes the legal threshold. We record it when your share is credited, show it on your statement and give you the certificate issued by our accountant.
If a refund or chargeback happens after we have paid you, we deduct your share of it from later statements. We never send you a bill for it.
We may hold only the disputed amount, for up to 60 days, if we suspect fraud or a chargeback is open, and we tell you the reason.
If you leave, your balance is never forfeited. Once the 7-day window and any open chargeback have passed, we pay it in the next monthly cycle as a final payout, even below ₹500.
Founding astrologers, whose AI assistant is approved within 6 months of the day paid AI consultations launch, keep a share of at least 50% for 12 months from their assistant's approval. We will publish the launch date in a new version of these terms when it happens.
Any change to the share needs 30 days' notice and applies only to sales after the change.
Your dashboard will show packs sold and questions answered by your assistant, the gross amount, GST, net revenue and your share, and what is pending, payable and paid. It will never show projections or estimates.
7. Leaving, pausing and suspension
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard; withdrawing from these terms means deleting your account. Once the AI assistant programme opens, you will also be able to pause your assistant or withdraw the AI Assistant Licence from your dashboard at any time.
We may pause your assistant or hide your profile if you break these terms or if an answer breaks our guardrails. We tell you why, and you can reply or appeal through the grievance contact below.
We may close the programme or the site. If we do, we give you at least 30 days' notice and pay every balance due in the next monthly cycle, even below ₹500.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we publish a new version with a new effective date, list it in the policy changelog and keep the old version online. We tell you about a material change at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email and in your dashboard, and material changes need your fresh acceptance; we never treat silence as consent.
9. Law and grievances
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hassan, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded.
For a complaint about your application, profile, assistant or payouts, write to the Grievance Officer at contact@astro-meet.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within one month. Details are on the Grievance Redressal page.
