How this assistant will work

What it will look at

Marriage questions in Vedic astrology start from the seventh house, the house of partnership. The assistant is being built to read that house the way a Parashari astrologer would, and then to check the same promise in the finer charts before it says anything about timing.

  • The seventh house from the ascendant and from the Moon: the sign there, its lord, where that lord sits and which planets occupy or aspect the house.
  • Venus as the general significator of relationships, and Jupiter, which many traditions weigh for a husband in a woman's chart.
  • The Navamsa (D9), the divisional chart most astrologers open for marriage: its ascendant, its seventh house and the strength of the seventh lord there.
  • The Vimshottari dasha sequence: periods of the seventh lord, of Venus and of planets placed in or ruling the seventh are the usual windows astrologers name for marriage.
  • Slow transits of Jupiter and Saturn over the seventh house or its lord, read only as a second layer on top of the dasha.
  • Mangal dosha: whether Mars sits in the houses the tradition lists, counted from the ascendant and, in many schools, the Moon and Venus, and which cancellation rules apply before calling it present.

How it will approach kundli matching

For two charts it will first set out the Ashtakoota score: the eight kootas (varna, vashya, tara, yoni, graha maitri, gana, bhakoot and nadi) and the points each one gives out of 36. It will then explain why a family astrologer never stops at the total: a bhakoot or nadi dosha is often treated as cancelled when the two Moon-sign lords are the same planet or friends, and a good total can still hide a nadi or bhakoot issue that families take seriously.

After the score it will compare the two seventh houses, the two Navamsa charts and the Mangal dosha position of each person, and say plainly which parts of the picture support the match and which raise questions worth asking a human astrologer.

How it will answer

  • In plain words first, with the chart factors behind each point named so you can check them with any astrologer.
  • Timing as periods tied to dashas, not single dates, and with a note when the birth time is uncertain.
  • With the limits stated: what the chart suggests, what it cannot tell, and when a decision is big enough to talk to a person.
  • It will not promise that something will or will not happen, will not sell gems, pujas or other remedies, and will not give medical, legal or financial advice.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a real astrologer?

No. It is an AI assistant that Astro Meet is building. It has no human name or photo because it is not a person, and it will say so in every answer.

Can I ask it about my marriage now?

Not yet. Chat with Astro Meet's AI assistants is coming soon. Until then, the free kundli matching and Mangal dosha calculators show some of the chart factors it will use.

Will it decide whether we should marry?

No. It will explain what the charts show and where astrologers disagree. A marriage decision is yours and your family's; astrology is one view among many.
